Anything about EVERYthing

Hey! I hope that you are all gay today. I am trying to be at my end. Anyways, as I told you in my earlier post my blog will be a collection of everything that interests, moves and inspires me. I would be talking anything about everything under the sun here. There would be specifics though, as to what would they be it's up for you to explore.

Did I mention anywhere here that I love rain? If I didn't then let me tell it to you - I love rain. And reaffirms it - I always love rain. There are others who hate it, I can truly understand. Personally, I do not like umbrellas. They are too inconvenient to bring and stuff it in your already overly stuffed bag. And the mud. I get to waste almost a half-roll of toilet paper just to get rid of those sticking mud in my shoes. So much that I love rains I prefer to have it while in the comfort of my bed or maybe lounging inside my kitchen sipping some coffee or seated in the corner of our mini office-book room reading a freshly hauled paperback. But as unpredictable as life is, we can never foretell its coming. You can never sometimes trust the message flashed by some cumulus clouds drifting up on air. So while I was enjoying the frilly swish of my floral skirt yesterday at work, it rained hard, again. It has been raining continuously this month. Oh, did I also mention it here that I love skirts? I love skirts, also love skirts - there, I mentioned it. So though it was raining yesterday it didn't dampen the wonderful feeling I have for my girly-twirly skirt. And even if I was in my inches high gold pump shoes too. Introspectively, I see life that way, you need to sometimes fit in to life's natural course to live. Like rain. Now, since I was trained early in life to always be prepared for some unexpected u-turns ahead I brought with me my other pair of ballet shoes made of canvass. Though it would not protect my feet from accidental splatters it surely will give an easy means avoiding water filled ditches on my way home. Look below and see for yourself what I mean:

My apology for the shots I am only using my Nikon Coolpix point and shot camera, apart from the fact that there is a huge necessity for me to explore and use its applications to the fullest. I do not have the skills of a Photoshop user too, so no editing for me here. Maybe in the future.

What you are seeing is my own ensemble. What I wear depends on my mood, I guess everyone does it. I collect pieces, so I am more into mixing and matching. I do not have an inkling if my top matches with my skirt, I just thought to have them both yesterday. I do risk whenever I desire. There is no exact ingredient in pulling out a risky combo. As for me, I just know that I am okay when I am satisfied with what I see in the mirror. I just feel my vibe. So yesterday, seeing my skirt I just imagined myself in it since it has been stock in my keeper for some time now (and I have not worn it, not once). I even thought of giving it. And then I saw this old top. I only used it twice over some pair of jeans. I love polka dots the reason why I did not have this one disposed too. I also love the subdue colors of its dots, they are not overpowering. I guess that's how I find it mixing with my skirt. My belt simply blends with my top and created an enough boundary that separates my above from my below. On the other hand my shoes perfectly kept the appropriate amount of color that dominates my ensemble - gold/yellow - it glitters but it does not scream attention. To complete my outfit, I had my Timex unisex light pink watch, some  silvers for my bangles and rings (I am re-discovering rings lately), a pinch size silver and cubic zirconia stud earrings (unnoticeable) and a red lips (been wearing my CoverGirl Hot Red Lipstick since I got it from my cousin MJ Neff). I was feeling girly yesterday and enjoyed every inch of it.

Here's the deal, except for my watch and other accessories, I got my stuffs from our local flea market. It didn't cost me more than P600.00. Who says you can only look good wearing Zara? Try me. ;D

Have fun!
